During the exhibition, I had a meeting with the artist Zahia Al-Barbir Halwani, who said:
It’s my first exhibition. I loved Drawing since I was young and I learned it in several institutes, but I started practicing four years ago. My graphics are derived from the situation in which we live in. My paintings are subjective, so no I don’t prefer one painting over the another.
Why sadness control all your paintings even in hope?
It may be the situation we are living in, instability and devastation, and death are the cause of this sadness. My paintings draw the Lebanese diamonds, a memory for us to remember after the return to stability to our beloved country, Lebanon.
What are your favorite colors?
All calm Colors, especially black, gray and light blue.
What are your wishes?
From this exhibition, I hope to get close to people. I thank God that we are alive. Lebanese workers, painters, writers, to find themselves in the shadow of this damned war, they have not given up their hands are cuffed and their wreath is waiting for relief. Everyone works to keep Lebanon.

خلال المعرض , كان لا بد لنا من القاء مع الفنانة زاهية البربر حلواني التي قالت
انه معرضي الاول . احبيت
.الرسم منذ صغري وتعلمته في عدة معاهد ولكني بدأت بالمزاولة منذ اربع سنوات
رسومي مشتقاه من الوضع الذي نعيشه
لوحاتي هي ذاتي , لذلك لا
.استطيع أن افضل لوحة على اخرى
لكن من الملاحظ ان الحزن
مسيطر على جميع لوحاتك حتى في اللوحات الامل لماذا ؟
قد يكون الوضع الذي نعيشه، وعدم الاستقرار و الدمار
والموت سبب هذا الحزن . لوحاتي تحكي ماسات اللبناني، ستكون
ذكريات لنا بعد عودة الاستقرار الى رجوع وطننا الحبيب لبنان.

+ جميع الالوان الهادئة خاصة الاسود و الرمادي و الازرق الفاتح
ما هي امنياتك؟
من هذا المعرض اتمن التقرب من الناس. واشكر الله اننا على قيد الحياة. اللبناني
يعمل، يرسم ، يكتب ليجد نفسه في ضل هذه الحرب اللعينة ، لم ييأس ويكبل يديه وكا ينتظر الفرج الجميع يعمل ليبقى لبنان
